CommonHealth ACTION’s activities and services leverage available data sources to adopt evidence-based adult learning frameworks that support effective and practical application of knowledge. Where data are lacking, CommonHealth Action works closely with the end users to design assessments and collection approaches that yield usable information to solve problems.
