REGISTRATION
A login and password will be required for anyone who registers for the meeting. Only attendees confirmed through their team leaders will be allowed to register. Be sure to enter full contact information and/or any special accommodations required. Remember to include your assistant's contact information where requested if someone else makes your travel arrangements.

TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS
The Baltimore/Washington Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI) is the closest airport to the Sheraton Baltimore Hotel. As part of the registration process, you will be asked to include your travel dates, times, and airline preferences. We will attempt to accommodate your requests as much as possible. Team members are being asked to coordinate travel so that they arrive in Baltimore and depart at the same time in order to keep expenses to a minimum (see GROUND TRANSPORTATION below).

Shortly after you register, your travel itinerary will be emailed to you for review and approval. Please note that you MUST respond within 24 hours to the travel itinerary email to confirm your travel arrangements. If you must make changes to your itinerary after it is booked, a $100.00 fee will be charged to the individual or organization making the travel arrangements.

NOTE: You will receive a confirmation email detailing the registration and travel information you entered into the system.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION
The Sheraton Baltimore North hotel does not provide shuttle service to and from BWI Airport. However, participants have 3 ground travel options available to them:

1. Baltimore Light Rail System: From the BWI Airport, participants may board the Baltimore Light Rail System and ride to the Timonium Road stop. The Baltimore shuttle will pick up participants from the Timonium Road stop and bring them to the hotel at a designated time. The cost to ride the Baltimore Light Rail is $1.60 one way.

2. Super Shuttle: Participants may reserve space on a Super Shuttle van. Cost is $33 per person plus gratuity. You may reserve space in advance online at www.supershuttle.com or participants may go to the Super Shuttle reservation counter upon arrival to BWI airport.

3. Taxi Cab: Cabs are available outside the BWI Airport entrance. Average cost for a one-way trip from the BWI Airport to the Sheraton Baltimore North hotel will be approximately $60.00-$75.00. We stress however, that this option is to be used for groups only and not for single rides. If teams are considering this option, please coordinate ground travel plans with other team members.

PARKING COSTS: The hotel provides complimentary parking.

REIMBURSEMENT INSTRUCTIONS
The Joint Center will reimburse you for all reasonable ground transportation and parking expenses incurred for this meeting. If applicable, dinner on your own should not exceed $26.00. Please note that no other incidentals (i.e. meals, unauthorized hotel stay, etc.) will be reimbursed. Forms should be completed and mailed to the Joint Center - to the attention of Carla Gullatt - along with ALL original receipts.
