CommonHealth ACTION Awarded Technical Assistance Contract

The Joint Center Health Policy Institute contracted with CHA to provide
technical assistance to its Place Matters sites and to provide program
planning and implementation support to HPI. This contract includes
design and implementation of national learning laboratories focusing
on social determinants of health. This new contract is a continuation
of work started in 2006. For more information regarding the Joint Center
