Assessment of the State of Children in New Orleans [W.K. Kellogg Foundation: 07.08]

The W.K. Kellogg Foundation awarded a grant to CommonHealth ACTION to inform the various partnerships working in New Orleans and to further the work of the New Orleans Place Matters Team. CHA staff leveraged relationships throughout the city to conduct a Needs and Opportunities Assessment designed to assess and characterize the state of all children in New Orleans and to identify opportunities for strategic investments that will improve the well-being of vulnerable children.
