The Place Matters Initiative of the Joint Center for Political & Economic Studies Health Policy Institute [03.06]

Focusing on the social determinants of health, CommonHealth ACTION works with the Joint Center for Political and Economic Studies Health Policy Institute (HPI) to implement the PLACE MATTERS Initiative. CHA was contracted to provide technical assistance to the Place Matters sites and to provide program planning and implementation support to HPI. This contract includes design and implementation of national learning laboratories focusing on social determinants of health.
