With Over 20 years of experience in multiple work environments, Barbara Kershaw has honed her business and technology skills serving large corporations, small businesses, for-profit, and non-profit organizations. In her previous work, Ms. Kershaw analyzed, redeveloped, and maintained various automated systems specifically through database and query management, and she also created user manuals for these systems. She has written programs to support Year 2000 (Y2K) compliance, business planning, customer inquiries, and vehicle maintenance. In addition, she worked on project involving multiple companies to provide efficient international automation for Canada, US, and Mexico.

At CommonHealth ACTION, Ms. Kershaw provides program development assistance, database design and management, marketing and communications, as well as business technology expertise. She provides administrative support for both the Metro Atlanta and Washington, DC offices.
